Here's how it works, from the first email to the finished job.
Step one. Just CC it. Your studio gets its own email address. Whenever someone emails a client about a job, they copy that address in, the same way they'd copy in a colleague. That's it. Nobody has to learn anything on day one.
Step two. It files itself. InRegister reads each email and puts it on the right job. Briefs, amends, dates, attachments and job numbers. Download links, like WeTransfer, are fetched before they run out. And if it isn't sure where something belongs, it doesn't guess. It waits for a person to say yes.
Step three. Everyone sees the same job. Directors, project managers, designers and clients each see what they need, at the same time. Freelancers never see your prices. That isn't just hidden on the screen. The database itself refuses.
Your clients don't have to do anything different either. Every email they get from you carries the full picture, with a link to send files or check progress. No passwords, and no new system to learn.
People can open InRegister whenever they want to. They just never have to.
