Bolt-ons

Add what your studio needs.

Extra director seat

Full access, including quotes, rates and margin.

£75a month
More detailLess detail
Why add it

Directors see everything: quotes, rates, margin and the money dashboards. A second or third director means partners share the full picture without sharing a login.

Who it's for

Studios with more than one owner, or a finance lead who needs the numbers.

For example

Two partners each see which jobs are over budget before the Monday meeting, from their own login.

Extra admin seat

Runs jobs and clients. The director decides what money they see.

£40a month
More detailLess detail
Why add it

Admins run the day to day: jobs, clients, briefs and freelancers. The director chooses whether they see money, so you can grow the team without opening up the commercial side.

Who it's for

Project managers, account managers and studio managers.

For example

A new account manager sets up jobs and chases amends from day one, but never sees your day rates.

More storage

For studios with heavy artwork, video or archives.

£20a month per TB
More detailLess detail
Why add it

Every file, version and client asset lives with its job. Artwork, video and print-ready files add up quickly, and more space means you never have to delete history to make room.

Who it's for

Studios doing video, large-format print or keeping long archives.

For example

A video studio adds 3 TB so three years of rushes and masters stay findable by job number.

Client asset hub

A branded home for each client's logos, fonts and images, sorted by AI and shareable. Includes 250 GB.

£150a month
More detailLess detail
Why add it

Each client gets a branded home for their logos, fonts and images. Drop files in and AI names and sorts them, so the latest logo is always one link away, for them and for anyone they share it with.

Who it's for

Studios that look after brands for clients and are tired of resending the same logo.

For example

A client's printer needs the CMYK logo at 6pm. The client sends a share link, and nobody in the studio is interrupted.

Spoken briefs

Clients talk a brief through out loud. Includes 300 minutes, then 25p a minute.

£100a month
More detailLess detail
Why add it

Clients talk their brief through out loud instead of typing it. The AI helper asks the right questions and writes it up, so you get a fuller brief from people who hate forms.

Who it's for

Studios whose clients are busy, on the move, or better at talking than writing.

For example

A client briefs a new brochure from the car in ten minutes, and the brief is waiting in InRegister when they arrive.

AI freelancer

Takes repeatable template jobs like name badges and certificates. Includes 200 jobs a month.

£99a month
More detailLess detail
Why add it

Repeatable template jobs, like name badges, certificates and simple resizes, are done by AI and checked before anything goes out. Your people spend their time on the work that needs a designer.

Who it's for

Studios that do lots of small, rule-based jobs that are low on margin.

For example

Two hundred conference name badges, made from a spreadsheet and proofed in minutes, not an afternoon.

Extra brand or division

Included in Agency

Another brand with its own look, clients and numbering.

£100a month
More detailLess detail
Why add it

Run another brand or division with its own look, clients and job numbers, under the same roof. Everything stays separate where it should, and joined up where it helps.

Who it's for

Groups with a second trading name, a specialist division or a sister agency.

For example

A studio launches a separate packaging brand with its own numbering, without a second system to manage.

White-label

Included in Agency

Your own domain, logo and colours throughout.

£250a month
More detailLess detail
Why add it

InRegister runs on your own web address, with your logo and colours throughout. Clients see your studio, not ours.

Who it's for

Studios that want everything clients touch to carry their own brand.

For example

Clients open jobs.yourstudio.co.uk and only ever see your name.

Supplier finder

Finds the right supplier for a job and writes the quote request for you.

Free
More detailLess detail
Why add it

When a job needs a printer, photographer or other supplier, InRegister suggests the right one, gives you the questions to ask and writes the quote request for you.

Who it's for

Any studio that buys in print, photography, video or production.

For example

A job needs 5,000 folded leaflets. InRegister drafts the quote request to three printers in one click.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Do our clients have to log in?

No. Clients carry on emailing as they do now. Approvals, files and replies all work from the email itself. They can open their own area if they want to, but they never have to.

Does our team have to learn a new system?

Not on day one. Your team CCs the studio address and carries on working by email, and the job record builds itself. People open it when they're ready.

Can we try it before we pay?

Yes. Every studio gets 14 days free with no card, or you can have a look around the demo studio first, where everything is made up.

What does the AI helper do?

It reads and files emails, drafts briefs, sorts pasted notes, checks proofs against the brand, answers questions about a job and offers to take on fiddly jobs like badge names. A person signs off what matters.

Who counts as a seat?

Directors and admins, the people who run jobs and see the commercial side. Freelancers, employees and client logins never count, however many you have.

Can freelancers see our prices or margin?

Never. Quotes, rates and margin sit in separate tables that freelancers and clients cannot reach. It is enforced in the database, not just hidden on screen.

How do we pay?

By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. Card details never touch our system. Invoices and receipts come by email, and you can cancel at the end of any billing period.

Can we add a bolt-on later?

Yes. Add or drop bolt-ons and extra seats as the studio changes. They are charged from the month you add them.

Where is our data kept?

The app and the record of every job are in London. Files are kept by Cloudflare in Western Europe, and a copy of everything goes to a different company every night. Every studio's data is walled off from every other studio's.

Is our work safe?

Every studio is walled off from every other in the database itself, every file is virus checked, and a copy goes to a different company every night. The security page has the detail.

What happens to our work if we leave?

It's yours. Directors can download every record at any time, and we keep the studio's work for 90 days after a plan ends, so you can come back or take a copy.

Does it replace our project manager?

No. It gives your project managers one place to see every job, so they spend less time chasing and more time running the work.
